TimePCS checks all its product before dispatch and hence delivery issues are very rare with us. We still are open to understand if there are any concerns.
You can get your products replaced within 7 days after delivery in 2 cases
In both the cases we will incur a one time free replacement. You will not be charged for anything. You just need to repack the product and we will arrange a premium courier pickup and send you the replacement after quality checks are done from our receiving team.
You will get an AWB in return which you can check for delivery at our warehouses.
We will also call you once your product is received and followup with your over phone and email. You just need to ensure you send us an unused same product in return. Any Company tags or lamination missing would cancel the exchange process.
We are easy on return and refund policy also. You have 7 days after delivery to inform us in case you need to return the product for refund.
Our only condition for the same is that the product should be sent by you in proper packaging (As we have sent) and delivered to us without any damage or loss. The product should also have all lamination on it, as well as tags.
The reverse transport cost is to be borne by the customer. Since there are risks involved in the same, we also have an option of providing you our premium courier pickup service @ Rs 200 per order. The amount will be adjusted in your refund amount.
In both the cases a customer is liable if the product received has damages. We only cover up for a lost return shipment, if any.
Quality checks are done by our team when the shipment is reached. We will inform you the same.

Note: All returns/replacement packages are received under CCTV system. If there is any dispute, our team can share the same with the customer.
